Delete your account. Whenever you want, no questions.

From the app (2 minutes)

• Open MekAuto and sign in with your email.
• Go to Profile (the profile icon at the bottom right or in the side menu).
• Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the page.
• Confirm with "Delete permanently". The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

By email request

If you cannot sign in, send an email from the account address to info@mekauto.app with the subject "Delete account". We may ask for a short verification (a code sent to that same email). We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• The account, email, name, phone and notification tokens.
• Drivers: cars, mileage, open bookings, help requests, uploaded photos and the personal maintenance log.
• Workshops: the business profile, services, team, invitations and the subscription (cancelled automatically at Stripe, no further charges).
• Employees: the profile and permissions; open jobs return to the workshop owner.

What is retained

• Completed jobs remain in the workshop record as a work document, without your name, email or phone.
• Subscription invoices (workshops only) are kept up to 10 years for accounting obligations.
• Technical backups clear themselves within 30 days.

Only part of it?

You do not need to delete the account to remove a car, turn off notifications or withdraw the location permission: those are done in the app and in your phone settings. For other data requests see the Privacy policy.
